Shipping & Returns
Written for corporate gifting orders — bulk quantities, branded production and multi-address delivery across India.
Dispatch timelines
Ready-made hampers and stocked merchandise are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
Custom-branded orders (logo printing, engraving, bespoke packaging) are dispatched 7–14 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and branding method.
Festive windows (Diwali, New Year, Founders' Day) book out early — we recommend confirming bulk orders at least 3 weeks in advance.
Delivery across India
We ship pan-India through insured courier partners. Metro deliveries typically land in 2–4 business days; other locations in 4–7 business days.
Tracking details are shared by email with the designated coordinator on your order as soon as the consignment is picked up.
Multi-address and employee-level delivery
For bulk corporate orders we ship to a single warehouse/office address or directly to individual recipients across cities.
Individual shipping requires a recipient sheet (name, address, PIN code, phone). Per-address courier charges apply and are itemised on your quote.
Incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses supplied by the client are re-shipped at actual courier cost.
Invoicing and taxes
Every order ships with a GST-compliant invoice. Share your GSTIN at checkout or on the quote form so input credit is available to your organisation.
Prices are in INR. Shipping is included on ready-made hampers above the stated order value; bulk shipping is quoted transparently before confirmation.
Damaged or short shipments
Report damage, breakage or shortfall within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton and affected items.
Verified claims are replaced free of cost, or credited against your next order — whichever your team prefers.
Returns and cancellations
Ready-made, unopened hampers may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% plus return freight applies.
Custom-branded, personalised, engraved or perishable items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, as they cannot be resold.
Bulk orders may be cancelled without charge before artwork sign-off. After sign-off, the advance covering procurement and branding is non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
For quote-based orders settled by bank transfer, refunds are made to the originating company account only.
